C25K W3D2! Still going!!!

My client rescheduled for tomorrow so today was all for me!
I took my dog for a mile hike through the neighborhood, then did my C25K Week 3 Day 2 run and almost made it through the whole thing. I will be trying it again on Friday!
It has been INSANELY busy over here. We are packing packing packing and moving to Florida this summer. I am still working on my Medical Office Administration course (back up education plan never hurts) as well, so there's always homework in the evenings.
I am still doing my physical therapy and I have NOT had a bad back pain day at all for a couple of weeks now.
I have started doing freezer dinners that go in the crockpot and it has saved me SOOO much time and worry. They are also very healthy, I choose what goes in them, and buy all the ingredients, and I am making them all as low cal, veggie packed as possible. Tonight's dinner was Crockpot Lime Chicken over basmati rice with avocado and water. NOM NOM.
And I am back to it tomorrow. Wake up, Dog walk for 1/2 mile, working 9-11, lunch with a 1/2 mile dog walk, work 1-5pm, dinner and a 1/2 mile dog walk, then homework and finally chillin with the hubbs on the couch before a final 1/2 mile dog walk and BED at a reasonable time.
