I want to thank everyone for the kind words they posted on my last blog....

It is so helpful to have support from people who know the struggle it is to not just loose weight but keep it off...

I want to add that it takes an ever changing plan...as most know the more your loose the less you can eat, the more you exercise the more you have to exercise to keep reaching your goals....

some how this just doesn't seem fair....and it really isn't....that is why I tell people to find a plan that works for them....this has to be something that you can stick with and will want to continue for the rest of your life.....
I learned to find the foods I love and eat them, just watch the portions or find something to replace the high cal foods.... when I started my first real find was Jello pudding cups, fat free, sugar free....these small 60 calorie cups helped me to stop over eating and also helped me to feel satisfied.....and the best part, I loved them.....
it's not always easy but it can be done....I should add that in my 9 years I have learned to love all veggies....once I got all the processed foods and high sugar foods out of my meal plan, I got more of a taste for veggies and fresh fruits....but once again, find what works for you and stick with it...
