I read the article on seated yoga poses and thought I will try this. I did them all even the one where you actually have to get in the floor. I feel more energized and I was surprised that I can still get up off the floor without using my hands. Yeah me! emoticon

    I tried it too, but, didn't keep it up. I do some stretching and this helps also. emoticon

    Being able to get up off the floor without using your hands is GREAT - I read somewhere it's one of the indicators of someone who will likely live longer!
