Just Need To Do This

Why is it such a struggle for me? I know I will loose the weight eating low cab, high protein. Why can't stick to it? Why can't I loose weight like everybody else it? I'm feeling so down. so defeated in my "weight loss journey" .
I know If I don't do this soon I could die and I don't want that to happen!!! Somehow, someway I just Need to do this!!!! I have the knowledge , I know how to do this so I just have to do it!!! JUNE has GOT TO be My Month of sticking to it Every day!!!
I've made a doctor's app. to check my thyroid and anything else that might be hindering me from loosing just to be sure.
I just to need get it together and stick to it!!!!!

    The calorie range you are working towards sounds WAY too low. You risk putting your body into starvation mode. I don't mean to sound like I'm bashing but it's always better to set ourselves up for success.

    Did you use the Spark weight loss goals to set your daily caloric range?

    Hopefully the doctor won't find anything wrong with you. It just takes motivation, determination and time to lose weight. You already know how to do it, it is up to you when you are ready to take the journey of healthy living. I wish you loads of luck!

    Don't quit now. Failing so many times means you're trying. Assess, identify, adjust and execute! Do this for you. Don't let the numbers on the scale define you. You're so much more than that.

    It will happen, I had a gain this week also and realize that we must focus on what we are doing positively in order to keep going. Accepting yourself now will lead to healthier choices in concerning your body in the future. Where others have given up, just keep doing it! It will pay off!
