Weekend Eats and weekly weigh in (14 weeks left until our Wedding)

I finally feel like my life is under control and see a bright happy future. I finally saw a sleep specialist and she diagnosed me with circadian rhythm disorder, delayed sleep phase and put me on a program to “trick” my brain into moving up the time when it releases melatonin and makes me tired. Part of the program requires me to wear these nifty glasses. Sexy, eh?
Besides that I got back to the gym which always makes me feel better after the initial shock to my body and I started seeing a therapist as well. All good things that have me on the right track. Woo hoo.
Unfortunately the past week I only worked out 2 times then I got my TOM on Thursday which triggered a migraine. I don’t get migraines very often but when I do they are a doozy and it’s always around my TOM. I ended up missing work on Friday and not being vertical at all on Saturday. What I waste of a Saturday. Finally I woke up on Sunday migraine free and ready to take on the world.
Now on to my Eats
Weekend Food blog:
Breakfast: Rich made some scrambled eggs with leftover rice and a tortilla
Lunch: PB&J and an apple
Dinner: I was super tired from TOM & my migraine so I just went to bed early
Exercise: None I could barely move
My migraine was officially gone and I need caffeine to help fuel the day
Lunch: Qdoba steak burrito bowl with my honey
Snack: McD’s vanilla cone
Dinner: 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. Normally I eat 4 pieces since Rich and I split it in half but not today. I ate 2 slices only and then had an apple with some almond butter instead.
Exercise: None, unless grocery shopping counts

Current weight: 223.4 (-3.2) I have to give this loss to the fact that I’m sleeping finally!
