Worked upper body yesterday since the 1500 rep workout I did has me sore still! I ate dinner early yesterday (slow cooker pork, corn and a baked sweet potato; no skin) so I was hungry while we were relaxing last night. It got me thinking I need filling, healthy snacks for night time. After some searching I came up with No bake double chocolate fudge protein bites.
Soooo yummy and I'm afraid addicting lol.
Well today is gym day so excited for that I hate non gym days they stink :-( and make me sad!!!
