Well I wasnt going to go to the walking track this evening.
I went out once today and it was too hot to walk, so I came home and read awhile and ate supper and then around 7pm, I changed my mind and decided to go back to the track and I am so glad I did.
I walked over 3 miles and I feel fantastic!!!
It was a great walk, sweaty and heart pumping!!
Burning those calories.
Speaking of which, today I have stayed within my calorie range better than any day in awhile.
The foods I ate were low calorie and healthy.
I dont have days like this often, where I have such a good workout AND stay within calories.
I am feeling good about things right now.
I havent been back on the scale this week, but I can feel the weight going.
There are just areas of the body where you can see or feel a difference, and for me, well, its the butt!!!
I can feel it in my clothes, my jeans and shorts are looser.
I am going to start measuring inches and add more weight and strength workouts.
Today was an overall good day.

    I like those dead weight lifts for the butt. It so works I had lost 4 inches in my butt and hips from walking and dead weight lift.
