The weekend is in sight and I need to be super careful since I have a baby shower to attend and we are going to an arts festival. I am planning to pack some healthy snacks, I don't want to be derailed.
I know if I go with my mind set, I can make the right choices. I believe I will eat before attending both to help keep me from wanting to eat things I will regret later.
