My husband and I are on vacation this week. We are leaving tomorrow morning, Monday, to go to Old Orchard Beach for the week. This Thursday is our Anniversary.
We are low on funds for this trip so we are going to bring what food we can that we can eat in our room. I don't want to worry all week about what I'm eating. I want to just relax and enjoy our time together. I also though don't want to eat crap all week and come back and find that I've gained. Somehow I need to still make the best food choices I can and that may man some times not eating at all if nothing healthy is available.
I know when I get back from vacation I will be starting over again on my diet but hope I don't gain this week.
