Biggest Loser Summer Meltdown Challenge: Starting Line, The Plan And Goals

I have joined the Biggest Loser Summer Meltdown Challenge here on SparkPeople. It is a 10 week challenge that I am hoping will end this yucky plateau that I am currently on. Here you will find my overall plan for success, weekly routine and the goals that I hope to achieve by the end of this challenge.

THE PLAN
emoticon Stay within calorie range at least 5 days a week
emoticon Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
emoticon Walk at least 3,000 steps per day on SPAT
emoticon Burn at least 150 calories per day through exercise
emoticon Complete strength training 6 days per week

WEEKLY ROUTINE
emoticon Sunday: Yoga Routine
emoticon Monday: Total Body Toning, 30 Minute Cardio
emoticon Tuesday: Ab Toning, 30 Minute Cardio
emoticon Wednesday: Upper Body Toning, 30 Minute Cardio
emoticon Thursday: Ab Toning, 30 Minute Cardio
emoticon Friday: Lower Body Toning, 30 Minute Cardio
emoticon Saturday: Total Body Toning

GOALS
emoticon Lose 1 pound per week (10 pounds throughout the challenge)
emoticon Fit into my white capri pants
emoticon Get into the overweight range for my BMI
emoticon Be a biggest loser for at least one week during the challenge
