What a workout!!!!
Short, but sweet. Well, sweaty is more like it.
I wasnt really sure how to track it, so its only showing 4 spark points on my tracker.
But that is ok.
The whole workout was only 20 minutes. But I was loving it.
Cannot wait to do this again every day.
Overhead dumbbell raises, side bends, arm rows....squats!!!
Love me some squats with weights. and worked on the mid section some, doing some cross body side bends, I dont know what they are called really.
But it works the abs.
I feel good!!!
Stayed in calorie range today and really havent been having any cravings.
I know I could push it and do more but for now, I am going to take it slow, going to add a little more as I go.
I set a goal and I am going to reach it this time.
It has been a while since I have really set an obtainable goal and really watched myself and kept my mind pointed toward that goal.
It is only 10 pounds in a month.
I am not usually too keen on sharing my goals, as I fail at them often and I feel defeated.
But I am really going to work at this.
But I am off to a good start!!!!
