I took a day off work Friday. It is now Sunday and I almost feel like a regular person again.
I have enjoyed playing with my grandson and exercising in the pool. I have relaxed a bit and do not feel quite so stressed.
Managing stress is a major factor in weight loss. I had not realized how important it is. I have always prided myself on being able to stay calm even in the most tense situations. That does not mean it does not eat me alive inside.
So today my hubby and I are taking the grandson back to Brasstown to his mother...( Not my daughter.) I am glad she lets us see him. She is a good mom.
