Just I haven't made an entry in awhile, hate that spark changed the mobile to not include blogs... I really like like the fact I could post anytime and I liked to post my scale photo to track.

Anyways.... Working on setting my July goals for the next 28 day jumpstart challenge. I need to lock it down and not lose focus, started a team to help me along this journey. I hope having the support and supporting others can keep me moving in the right direction. I am going to add blogging my week to that list of goals, it is always so helpful to review your week and see what you could improve on. I know I can do this, I just can't let all the stress get in my way of my goals. I know I have to meal plan and get my daily work outs in. Sounds so easy, but I get in my way and I make it hard sometimes.
I need to stay positive not matter what and not let the negativity of other bring me down. I need to focus on myself and realize I am not being selfish!!!
