So I didn't lose weight over the past couple weeks. I went up and back down to the same 164.4. I am gonna have to make small changes mainly for the evening time which seems to be the hardest part of my day. If I must have a snack in the evening I will have a glass of red wine with a few pieces of dark chocolate. The most important thing is that I balance out my day. I got my new stability ball,kettle bell and foam roller for at home, and adding in more gym time= no excuses. Even if I put in just 15-20 minutes a day spread throughout the week!
