So far it has been a good year for me. I have the motivation to carry on. Any injury has been minor. The scale have been up and down but then that has happened to most of us.
One thing I found out after joining SP is I love walking as an exercise or part of it. I can add cycling to that as well. Walking being my first love.
Way back in October 2012 I started the 10 minute challenge and the added to it the 10k steps a day. This has motivated me for nearly 3 years and no sign of stopping.
The 10 minute a day challenge is really just for 4 weeks but a few of us have stayed around to help both new and old members stay motivated.
I am not sure how long I have been doing the 10k steps but as I started that back in October 2012 it doesn't matter. I have recorded my daily step rate just to help motivate me, yesterday I made a record breaking 18 million step. In fact 18,044,872. This I am proud of.
I am now as you can see moving on to the next million (19). I am not sure when I will get there but I will do my best to make it.
