A fresh start....again :-)

Yesterday a dear friend of mine commented on a picture I had posted of the lilies in one of my gardens. That comment lead to us emailing each other and me finally "asking" for help.
In 2011 she had coached me through many stressful months in my life while I was working on loosing weight and dealing with a great deal of big life events. (the death of my father, engagement of my daughter and marriages of both my son and daughter)
Everyone needs a support system and she is mine for weight loss. We met up last night and set up a plan and today is my "day one".
I know I can do this and I am thankful for a great friend to help me along the way!
