Starbright's weight loss struggle

I weighed in today, down 2.6 lbs. yippee! But I have still have a lot to lose, I do small goals at a time. Like by the end of August would like to weigh 250 that is about 11+ lbs. I can and will do this. I have help in the fitness area. My husband is a work out freak. But that is ok he goes with me and I do better for it. Plus he is wanting to lose weight ( which he has). So I don't have to cook all the delicious foods we use to eat. Now n then he does ask for a dessert but I really don't care about them so I am ok. We have given up bread all the way, don't miss it either. We use lettuce leaves for a cheeseburger. I drink 8 glasses of water each and every day. I am looking for some online friends to keep me on track and to walk this journey with me .
