bike ride burn

Saturday, July 04, 2015

Wow-- I must need some recognition as when the Family Video person inquired how my day was going when I was paying for my video, I proclaimed I'd ridden 25 miles on my bike on the Military Ridge Trail this morning. Now, that was a rather misdirected comment... probably better spoken elsewhere!!

oh well! At least I'm really burning the calories, loving the GORGEOUS rides and perfect weather... cooler in the early morning... and finally, I'm out there getting strong again!! YEAH ME!

emoticon Great Rude yesterday, and Not One Thing Wrong with telling about it. Too many people see "Over 50" as 'Over The Hill' and it is up to US to change that perception and teach Other Over 50 Folks that they CAN Do Things That Are AWESOME! !

    I'm impressed!

I did the treadmill at the YMCA this morning because it was raining here. The rain did stop later in the afternoon, so I was able to go for a bike ride.

Nothing like yours...I did 10.8 miles.
