I'm back, but don't know how active I'll be here. I walked every single day January through May, then I hurt my leg and it was too painful to walk. so===I quit walking==I know, not the thing to do, but I did.
I hate tracking food, but I always did hate it. I have to do something because I'm not happy or feel good the way things are right now.
Don't feel offended if I don't acknowledge or email you like I use too. I still read my mail and blogs. The reason why I left is still apparent---I don't brag about all the stuff I do in one day and it's not about the points.
