six days...........wow!! What a streak!

kind of straining my arm patting myself on the back...........but I have tracked now for six days in a row!! EVEN the light beer I had at my sister in law's retirement party! I need to get more fiber...........and eat less fat!.........I am learning to eat yogurt........it is the Whipped kind.........at this point that is the only kind I like! I have one for breakfast with a 1/2 cup of strawberries or raspberries........and a graham cracker........kind of like having a slice of pie for breakfast..........for less than 200 calories! And the great thing is I am full until lunch time!!

    Good for you. Streaks are so fun for me. I am scared to break my swimming streak. This will make you better all the way around. I find great joy in knowing this is happening for you and I think the more you do it the more you will realize how good a tool it is. And what is really cool is you can drink a beer, and you will learn what to not eat and what you can eat more of. Awesome!!!
