While you were sleeping...

I'm sitting here "working" the Saturday overnight shift from home, more like monitoring for work, trying to finish Sparking (I'm at 45 points for Sunday, way over 100 for Saturday). I want to turn on some You tube dance and walk videos, decided to get a Sparkpoint for searching "whip and nae nae" and a SparkPeople blog came up! It was a question of whether whip and nae nae counted as excercise. Of course it does! And I'm about to get my whip and nae nae on, then some walk at home videos, all will be automatically counted as steps and calories spent on my Fitbit. I just upped my goal from 10,000 steps a day to 12,000 steps a day. This is from averaging less than 1000 steps a day before beginning my Spark journey. And yes, I still work a sedentary job but get exercise in when I can.

    I just got a FitBit and am loving it too! I have started tracking my sleep as well as tracking my steps. It was a real eye opener! I hope the rest of your weekend was great!
