I am down to 277 now
I am able to tolerate a little more food but I have to still watch what I eat. I am working on fiber and protein which seems to go up and down depending on how my stomach feels
I am not sure if this 2 pound loss is accurate because the scale have been going up and down. I used another scale this morning before I ate that showed 277, then I used the scale I normally use and it said 280, after I ate and drank something, so if there is no change by next weigh in I will be looking to purchase a new scale.
