The drink would probably be iced tea, but still.... Today found me just ready to be home.

Started out meeting my dad for his respiratory test and once again he was delivered at least 20 minutes late. I will not schedule any more morning appointments as those seem to be the ones he can't make it to. I know it isn't the driver...it's dad just not being ready after breakfast. So the test is done and another chest scan taken as the other one was over 30 days old. Thankfully there was no waiting in x-ray and I made it home with 15 minutes to spare before Isaac's swim lesson. Whew!

After swim lessons we went to McD's for lunch and then the kids asked to go swimming for a little while even though it was only 71 degrees. They knew the pool wouldn't be busy! They had fun. Once home I headed to the gym and now I'm just doing some email and Sparking while watching an episode of Grey's Anatomy.

That has not made Isaac happy...he seems to think that if mom gets to use electronics so does he. Not! He made some behavior mistakes that banned the Wii this afternoon. emoticon

Tomorrow.... school with the kids, Isaac's swim lesson and physical therapy. I am hoping to get to the gym in the morning for a change before the day gets going.

Gym goal: 20 visits in July. I am closing in on my June # and that was a new record for me last month!

Glad to hear the facility where your Dad lives isn't to blame for the lateness. Lesson learned on morning appointments though. You are wise to not schedule that way again after figuring out the problem.

I would welcome 71 degrees....ahhhhhh Glad they had fun in the pool.

You are doing so great on your gym goal.

I suppose from a child's viewpoint they would think that if you get to use it, they should. However, the behavior is what determines that!
