A healthy Week

It's Sunday again...I'm getting a few new recipes together and planning my weeks meals....
I do eat a lot of the same foods......

I eat the same breakfast everyday...WHY because I really really like it....I do vary the kind of berries but have my fiber one cereal with flaxseed and fage plain yogurt everyday....it doesn't seem like breakfast if I don't.....lol.....

I think planning meals is a good way to stay on track for a person like me who likes schedules and making plans....it works for me........

I'd also like to take time to thank the kind and supportive comment s I got from my spark friends when I was having a down day...it helps to have friends rally around and give support..
This is an up hill journey for me....I some times stumble but with all your support I can get back up...and start right where I stumbled and be stronger for it....
I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE UP WITH OUT A FIGHT....I MIGHT STUMBLE AND EVEN FALL BUT WITH YOUR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT I WILL STAY STRONG...THANK YOU ALL....







THE STRUGGLE IS WORTH IT....ONE DAY AT A TIME.... emoticon...
