Week 9 Post VGS

I lost 1 pound this week emoticon emoticon

I have mixed feelings about this 1 pound weight loss. On one hand I am glad I am still loosing, but on the other hand I had gotten used to loosing at least 2 or more pounds per week so I was a bit disappointed in myself.

I know that I have been very stressed out the past few weeks and this last week has really kicked my butt. I have to get control of this stress and emoticon

    As you weigh less, it becomes harder to lose weight without burning more calories. Make every little bite of food count! You can do this

    i had VGS on 7/17/12. You will have stalls every few weeks. Go back to basics - liquid protein or soft proteins. It will bump the weight loss and get you going again. Be patient. Exercise! Good luck!
