Day 3 - and SORE

I started the 30 day Full Body KILLER Workout; and it is just that. KILLER. I am so sore. Well today is day three and I am hype! I know that exercise is the key to improving so many things in my life, fitness level, sleep pattern, self esteem, weight, etc..... I am going on a cruise in November and I PROMISE I won't be able to fit the swimsuits I wore to Jamaica this month...
