Week 5 of Diabetic challenge

I did not want to exercise. I think the fair activities last week caught up with me. However I ddi go for a walk and I did some exercises. I do like the yogilites video to relieve the aches and pains aging has taken a tole on me. I did the resistent band video as well. That was challenging as well, I' Il check in later this week. by for now.
Today is Tuesday, I did my walk as well as the 8 minute cardio video two times in a row to get my 15 minutes of cardio in today. I also got 20 minutes in of yoglities in. That seems t help me get the aches and pains lessened. So I have one day of cardio done so far and one day of strenth training. Need 2 more strenght trainign and three more cardios for this week.
Today is Thursday and I did athe 12 min cRdio video twice and the yogapiltes video and I walked two miles. I finally used more calories than what I took in today first time in two weeks. I think I am finally getring back to mydaily routine. will do the steengtheing and toning exercises now.
