everyday, a do over day

I used to have a real problem with late evening snacking. Now it seems to be late afternoon.
While I try to make sure what I am eating is healthy and adding protein and veggies to my day, still, I end up hungry in time for dinner and then I end up going over my calories.
The only thing I can tell myself is that I am eating healthier and that is true.
But I have to find a way to keep from snacking in between, whatever meal or time of day it might be.
So, anyway, today I walked but only for a little while.
I was mostly trying to get my tracker app lined out on my phone.
I have had a time this week with my phone, I had to reboot it and go back to factory settings and start reloading all my apps and its been a real nuisance.
Hopefully it seems like its all lined out.
I look forward to getting up early and getting back to the track for a real walk.
For some reason, I am very tired tonight.
No real reason to be, did a little housework but nothing tiring.
Could just be the heat from today followed by more rain tonight.
Overall it was a pretty uninteresting day.
