19 lbs Down Since September 2014

It has been almost one year since I began my journey to lose 55 pounds. I was able to lose 24 lbs -- although with the Summer months, my weight has gone up by 5 lbs which I will lose again by September. SparkPeople's fitness/food articles motivate me to implement small changes so that it is a permanent lifestyle change rather than a temporary dietary change. The SparkPeople Food Tracker and Fitness Tracker is excellent and keeps me accountable and at the same time shows me what I need to improve on. Today I have re-committed to further my weight loss journey until I reach another 26 lbs down. Slowly but surely -- one step at a time!
