Day 3 of Consistency!

I'm trying my hardest!! I am currently having a yummy chocolate protein shake with a tbsp of pb for dinner. It's good but I let myself get too hungry in btw lunch and dinner.
So far I have done 3/5 for today. I've drank all of my water, stayed within calories and haven't had any alcohol
I am going to do my yoga right after this blog and then a walk with the puppies and my bf when he gets home
Then I will be 5/5 for 3 days! I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. We just got back from the store and bought TONS of fruit & veggies
My oldest dog Jake (13) had a cardiology appointment today and it was FABULOUS news!! He does have mild valvular disease but not enough to be causing any problems - we also took an xray of his chest to look at his lungs and it was perfect too!!!
Soooo relieved!! He is my BABY!
