Eat for Heat - Matt Stone

Wednesday, August 19, 2015

Finished reading Matt Stone's Eat for Heat and again wow emoticon . Almost the opposite of everything we are being taught nutritionally. I'm not going to speak on it much because I don't want anyone using my comments to trying to enact the protocol because there is due diligence to be done beforehand.

If you are interested, PLEASE read the books so you know what, why and if you even should try this way of eating. Here is a link to his website 180degreehealth.com/

The best thing about Eat for Heat for me is that it all actually gives validation to the way I eat naturally (I'm not expounding on that, read or review the book emoticon ) so it put my mind at ease in a way.

Oh, and I found more people who have similar views as Matt Stone.

They are two lovely ladies named Lucia and Kiki and here is a link to their interview with him eatmore2weighless.com/ma

Their site is Eat More 2 Weigh Less eatmore2weighless.com/

I'm especially excited about them because in addition to increasing your calorie intake to raise your metabolism, they are all about lifting heavy emoticon emoticon and have the success stories to prove this strategy works.

Apparently they also have a large YouTube presence so guess what me and my feet will be doing today?

Oh! And I wanted to post what may be my last walking cast picture because I'm supposed to get my bandages off tomorrow and he may allow me to put on sneakers so...

Later!
