I put my "stepper" back on yesterday--
I aimed for 6000 steps---
I made 5991--pretty close!
I had taken off the stepper when our daughter and her family visited----
To-day, it is back, pinned on me---I will aim for 7000 steps----
You would think, with the extra walking I did yesterday, that sleeping wouldn't be a problem-----It was!--Lord Love A Duck!
As I lay , in bed, awake--I went over all the food downstairs in the frig---
It's odd isn't it-----the broccoli doesn't call out to you-----it's the Maple Walnut ice cream----the banana bread--NOT the lettuce----or the cabbage leaves or the zucchini--
a good deterrent was Beau's crate, at the top of the stairs-----no way could I make it past him without waking this jumbo puppy!
Eventually I woke himself-----knowing that would solve "the sneaking of the food in the night" refex---
"How can you be hungry?" he said. (coming from a thin person who never thinks of food , between meals.)
This morning, I AM proud of my terrific resistance(LOL)-----
Maybe puppies---and thinn-er people are good for "wanna-be" Sparkly people!
