I haven't written or been keeping track for awhile which is not good although I am not spending my summer sitting on my butt all day I have a job that keeps me moving.
I decided to go back to watching what I eat a couple of days ago, when someone told me that I look like I lost weight and in reality I did but it was about 2 lbs so I don't really know how they could have told. But I liked the comment and I want to lose weight I need to lose weight. I'm 20 years old, I'm suppose to be active and out having fun but instead I sit and I eat.
Things are going to change and where it is still going to be hard I have to try harder and have a strong will power! Hope every one has a great day!
