Who Am I?

I am a 200-day MFP food-tracking-streaker. I power walk 10,000 steps before breakfast and do a 30-minute cardio calisthenics every afternoon: 7 days a week! I am the Queen of a Red Hat Society virtual chapter, Fit 'n Fabulous - which boasts of 369 supporting RHS members with an interest in health and fitness. Every morning, I pin the Spark People Exercise of the Day on our FB page. My ladies get a fresh idea for something they can add to their exercise routine. Our motto is to Stay Active. We are committed to changing the image of older women as sedentary and obese. Older is now Bolder! I live by the credo: "Be the change you want to see in the world." M. Ghandi
