I hate to brag, but I am getting pretty good at doing the whip nae nae!!!
I wouldnt allow a video to be taken.
I hide behind my closed living room door and break my legs break my legs.....lol.
It is a good exercise. I am going to change it up a little and start using a step.
I did pretty good at the track today too. Added five extra minues on my walk and did 3 full miles, in addition to walkiing one of the steep streets that run adjacent to the walking track.
Adding some extra minutes and got my heart rate up.
I look forward to walking tomorrow as well.
So, I walked out onto my porch a few minutes ago and it is cool-ish out there.
I am so so so not looking forward to winter.
But I am going to make myself, and all of you, a promise to try try try not to get depressed and I am going to keep up my work outs and find ways to stay too busy to notice the snow outside, or the ice, or gray skies, or cold, or inablity to get out of my driveway!!!

It was a nice weekend though. We went exploring an area that we have lived near all of our lives, but had never visited, and once I seen it, i had to ask myself why I had never been there. Such a beautiful place, only about 30 minutes from my home.
and I am hoping to visit there again soon in the next few weeks.
Planning some fishing and maybe a picnic and long walk around the lake afterwards.
