Inch by inch...

Inch by inch, anything's a cinch!
I am making the smallest of changes, in hopes that my husband will be willing to make and keep those commitments too.

1. Weekday vegetarian. At home, I know that he keeps it. After all, I do most of the cooking and shopping. He loves me too much to eat the hamburger in front of me on a Monday. He also wants the lower cholesterol and lower BP too. I made the best lentil soup, full of fresh garden veggies last night.
2. Every night deep breathing and stretches. This is working! Maybe we keep the baseball game on while stretching, but it is working!
Maybe I haven't made big progress, but it is coming, slow but sure. I have to remember to be patient with myself!
