I really love food. I have very good tools to make good food choices, and I enjoy food that is truly good. So why do I make bad choices 2, 3 or even 4 times a week. I give in to convenience, and easy items. I know I need to prep, but for some reason taking the time out to do is a lot for me. I really need this last piece of the puzzle to get put in to place for me to drop the last of my weight and see the results I want. It is just so frustrating that I am holding myself back. I can let this go and move forward...it's just exhausting

    I have the same issue! I find that I don't have time, or just don't want to prep. Sometimes I just need to buy the ore hoped vegetables and fruit from the grocery store. It seems to help a little.
