Getting off track

It's so easy when I'm at work to stick to my diet because I pre make all my snacks and my lunch but when I'm at home it's harder because I can eat anything in the house or just go to the store. It's frustrating so I'll be setting this as my goal for September and not eating out as much and stocking the house with only healthy things.

    I don't buy anything at the store that is not healthy. That way we don't have it in the house. I also shut down kitchen after 7pm. That seems to help me

    I can relate! Weekends are the hardest to stay on track especially if you're taking trips or w/friends. Whats worked for me is paying attention to portion sizes so I don't deprive myself entirely & eating healthy snacks so I don't over do it at meals

    Went wrong an stop an think about it. To learn an not to repeat. I mark so much as a breath mint or diet drink on my food log. It helps lots.

    Smart, i dont work an am alone alot. I buy all fruit for snacks with a few other simple prepackage snacks like teddy grahams. I make sure to add all i have eating to the food log on here end of each day i look over my eating for that day an see if ..
