My SparkPeople Assignment today, in the new Challenge, is to
report on my progress over the last few days. Over the last few
days, I have kept up with my Fitness Routine, which involves
some walking, indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather,
and swimming. I am so thankful that I took swimming lessons,
when I was in my early 20's ! Now that I have M.S., it is fortunate
that I can go for a swim, to cool off ! Today, it got up to 31 C .
Good thing that I was able to have a nice swim in an indoor pool !
I have been fairly consistent with my nutrition program. Today,
I'm so proud of the fact that I resisted the temptation of opening a
giant-sized bag of popcorn !
