Tomorrow will be a breakfast of mango, homemade egg and cheese muffin with fat free, low sodium ham for flavor and added protein. The muffin part is the healthy multi-grain muffin that Thomas makes. The the noon meal will be roasted salsa chicken with pineapple chutney, corn on the cob and cucumber, tomato salad. Supper will be a left over hamburger and oven fries from dinner out yesterday. I will either do a side salad or see what is served for vegetables at table. So far this is all the menu I can determine.
