I went to the doctors on Friday and was on cloud nine when I saw I have lost five pounds. But then they took my blood pressure and said I'm pre hypertensive so now I'm monitoring my blood pressure. It scares me because my mom was only ten years older than I am now when she had her first mild heart attack. So I have started doing research on natural ways to lower it but I eat healthy exercise and am pretty low sodium already now I need to find herbs and things that will lower it without having to turn to blood pressure meds because that's the last thing I want.
