Got my standard 1.5 hours of sleep. Actually did my morning yoga/stretching. Hoping it will help today. Gathered my goodies for my smoothies at work. Grabbed a cucumber and avocado. Dont have anything else to bring for work. Not sure how I feel today, other than tired, sore and want to go back to bed. But I am up and didn't call in so we will see what today brings.
