Last week I started the No Excuse Mom 12 Week Challenge. I have participated in these before but was really looking forward to this one as I feel my mind is truly in the game this time. I have to say that week 1 has went overall well. I was able to get in exercise each day, logged in to Spark to track everyday, and even did a decent job on food intake. I do have to admit that this was the hardest part because I worked a lot of hours this week and came home feeling like I wanted to inhale the contents of my cupboard. Luckily, I did not, minus the one fettucine alfredo binge that I had the other day. Hey, everyone needs a cheat day One week later, and one pound down (yay!) I'm looking forward to another great week. And as far as these streaks, I think I can beat my longest ones, do you agree?
