please allow me to re-introduce myself

It has been awhile since I last blogged. My laptop went down on me for a week and I finally got that fixed.
Dont like adding more apps to my phone because the battery runs thru so fast as it is.
I have been walking, as much as I can.
Went to the doctor on the 1st for my regular once a month blood pressure and weight check and of course, no loss!!
I have no one to blame and no excuses to make.
I was just eating so much.
I flipping hate holidays and long weekends!! All I do is cook and eat.
Honey is back to work and hopefully no more long time off until Thanksgiving. So maybe I can get back into a regular routine of eating salads and protein for supper instead of cooking big meals.
I do like to cook, this week I made cornbread cheese muffins and spagetti.
Since he doesnt get too many extra days off, he took me to Tennessee for an early birthday trip.
I bought some new lotions and bath gels at Bath and Body works.
My few luxuries or maybe obsessions in life, body lotions and walking shoes!!

So, now I am back to SP on a more regular basis. Sitting here watching it rain. I cant really complain, it hasnt rained for awhile and I needed to sleep past 730 this morning anyway.
Hope everyone has been well and doing well.

Try the 21 day fix, protein shake a few times a week seems to help lose weight! Good luck, take one day at a time!
