I am a stress eater - emotional issues all over the place - I need to figure out a way to stop this. Emotionally detach from issues is ahealthy option but it seems I am not successful at that - remember that I create my own days and am in charge of how my thoughts and day develop -

    I am a stress eater too. Really hard to control. It is nice to have baby carrots around because they are good stress food....the crunch helps, LOL. I have also discovered running, something that I have never been able to do before. I try to keep saying to myself "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels".. Good luck, I hope we both figure it out.
