How are you all enjoying the heat? I know I for one am not, too hot to exercise outside which is my preference, well hopefully next week the weather is suppose to be better.

emoticon Steps 5,041 = 2.5 miles
emoticon All meals and snacks logged
emoticon Daily points = 77
emoticon Calories Torched: 349
emoticon Crunches = rest, completed
emoticon Metformin x 2 emoticon
emoticon Squat Challenge = rest, completed
