Carolyn, I have not received an invite to BLC29 yet and I know we are only 2 days away from starting to you know why?
Yes the heat has been a monster, but I tend to exercise early in the day as later in the evening is not an option, get home late, after shower and dinner, I have only an 1 before bed, days are to long and nights to short, this has always been a problem for me when it comes to exercise but I seem to manage but would like to do more.
