My Workout Schedule

Part of my Plateau Busting Challenge today was to make a blog post about my workout schedule.
Currently, I am doing P90X, Zumba, and the Couch to 5K with my 9th grade daughter. She is doing the Couch to 5k as her P.E. credit. =)

So, as you can see, I am staying very active. Today's challenge is basically telling me to make sure that I am taking rest days, LOL, it may not seem that I am doing that since I am doing so much. I am though. This is what I typically do.

Monday - P90X at 8 am. Go to work from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Evening Walk at 7 pm

Tuesday - P90X at 8 am. Zumba at 12:00 pm & C25K at 7 pm.

Wednesday - P90X at 8 am. & Zumba at 12:00 pm

Thursday - P90X at 8 am. Go to work from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Evening Walk at 7 pm.

Friday - P90X at 8 am. Zumba at 12:00 pm & C25K at 7 pm.

Saturday - Go to work from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and C25K at 7 pm.

Sunday - Rest Day

I don't do P90X on Saturdays because I am trying to lighten my workout load some, so what I have been doing is rotating Kenpo (which is Saturday's workout) and Plyometrics (Which is Tuesday's Workout) on Tuesdays. I do Plyo one week and Kenpo the next. It works for me and is still allowing me to get some great workouts in everyday.

So, that's an overview of what I have been doing.
