Well I’m finally hitched and I promise I’ll do a wedding blog soon as it was an amazing, wonderful day that I’ll keep close to my heart forever.
After that’s said I must admit I’m sooooo glad to be back to blogging after the craziness of this year and planning a wedding. It’s so nice to be back to reality and make me and my health my top priority.
I’m back to blogging, food prepping, working out and still working on my sleep. Time to end the year right!
Now on to my Eats
Breakfast: Eggs, turkey bacon, tomato slices and 1 slice of toast with laughing cow cheese.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 1 cup of tomato soup and pickles
Dinner: 2 halves of stuffed zucchini. Went to the farmers market and got zucchini for days so I ended up making 3 trays for the week. Soooo good!
Exercise: 30 minute on the elliptical and 18 minutes on the treadmill
Total Calories: 1,263
Calories burned: -513
Brunch: Eggs, turkey bacon, tomato slices and 1 slice of toast with half butter. Slept in and enjoyed every minute then woke up for brunch, my favorite meal!
Dinner: 2 cups of chili with Greek yogurt, 2 servings of saltines and a farmers market peach. Was feeling in a fall mood and crockpot chili hit the spot.
Exercise: 42 minute walk with Becca Bo Peep

Starting weight: 226.1 Weight on wedding day
Current weight: 222.9 (-3.2) Talk about motivation! Woo hoo! Less stress and time to exercise and meal prep really makes a difference.
This weekend is kind of low on calories and in turn fruits and veggies. Must add more freggies to my life!
My goal for this month is to get out of the 220’s. Only 3lbs to go to reach my goal. Woo hoo!
