I forgot how much I love walking in the evenings. Now, alot of people will say that morning exercise is best. And I wont lie, there is something great about getting up out of bed super early and going walking. It was better when there werent so many people at the track. I am a selfish walker.
But I really enjoy the evening walk. Today I walked morning and evening.
That makes two days this week I have done so.
I went over calories yesterday, but no junk food.
I have done much better today.
